QUEENSBURY BUILD
Project Overview
Like most ModBox designs, this project in Queensbury was quick to build, but getting to that point was a challenge! The road was especially difficult to navigate, particularly for larger vehicles like concrete trucks and the truck transporting the ModBox components. It took some work to get everyone and the materials up there, but we were able to sort it out.
This build is the largest ModBox has to offer, with a 150m2 main house and a 25m2 sleepout. The design has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including an ensuite in the master bedroom. It also has an added garage for vehicles to park off-street.
